It doesn’t take much to recognize the extent of David Beckham and wife Victoria Beckham‘s love for their four kids. The British footballer and the former Spice Girls singer can’t help but constantly gush over their children, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
For Victoria, experiencing motherhood has been her “greatest achievement,” she once said, according to Hello! “It has taken me on an unexpected journey that can constantly surprise, educate and confuse me!” the fashion designer sweetly added. Victoria and David have been enjoying their lives as parents for the last two decades. The couple, who started dating in 1997, welcomed their first child, Brooklyn, in 1999. Four months later, they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Luttrellstown Castle in Dublin, Ireland.
The soccer superstar and the brunette beauty expanded their family two years later when their son Romeo arrived in 2002, followed by their youngest son, Cruz, in 2005. David and Victoria completed their brood when their daughter, Harper, arrived in 2011.
The longtime lovebirds have mastered their roles as parents throughout the years of raising their kids, but the two still deal with their fair share of challenges. In fact, the former “Wannabe” songstress said because she has so many responsibilities in terms of her career and parenthood, it sometimes feels like she’s “being pulled in four different directions.”
“I think that the kids get harder as they get older,” she told The Sunday Times Style in 2016. “The most important thing is to make sure that each child gets the individual attention that they need. I can never go to bed early because Brooklyn is always up and that’s when I see him, and then you’ve got Harper, who is up super early. And then I have David and work too.”
The British TV personality manages to get it all done, but she gives a lot of the credit to her handsome husband. “[David] is the most incredible husband [and a] fantastic father,” Victoria gushed to ET in 2017. “He inspires me every day. Not just seeing him with the children and how he treats me. It just works. We’re very equal at home, and we’re a really, really good team.”

Brooklyn Beckham
The couple’s firstborn arrived on March 4, 1999. Aside from the fact that Brooklyn is David’s spitting image, he also takes after his father’s talents. Though Brooklyn played soccer for more than a decade, he’s since taken an interest in photography. From the looks of what he’s captured on social media, there’s no doubt he has a promising future!
When he’s not behind the camera, he’s in front of it. Brooklyn works as a model and his Instagram page is filled with photos of himself dressed in lavish ensembles. His account also features his fiancée, Nicola Peltz. The couple announced their engagement in July 2020.
“Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes xx,” Brooklyn wrote. “I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day. I love you baby xx.” Though the future bride and groom have yet to announce their nuptials, the Miami Herald reported he was seen wearing a wedding ring in March 2021, teasing the idea the two already said “I do.”
Romeo Beckham
David and Victoria’s second child was born on September 1, 2002. Like his older brother, Romeo is just as handsome as their famous father. It appears the teenager also takes after his mom’s love of fashion. Aside from sporting unique outfits and showing off his style on social media, Romeo is an up-and-coming model. In January 2021, he appeared on his first magazine cover for L’Uomo Vogue. “Excited to share my first cover shoot,” he wrote on Instagram. Romeo is also in a relationship with his girlfriend, Mia Regan. By the looks of Instagram, the two have been dating since around 2018. In July, he shared an adorable selfie of the two eating dinner on a dock by the water. “Sushi [with] my gorgeous girl,” he gushed.
In September, Romeo revealed he was following in his dad’s professional soccer footsteps when he signed with Fort Lauderdale CF, the sister team of Inter Miami CF. The athlete’s dad is currently the president and coowner of Inter Miami CF, which competes in League One of the United Soccer League. Romeo added “Footballer for @fortlauderdalecf” to his Instagram bio, and he’s also listed on the team’s official roster as No. 11.
ESPN reported Romeo was spotted on the bench over Labor Day weekend during a game against Chattanooga Red Wolves SC. Days before making his debut, he posted a photo on Instagram with the caption, “Follow your dreams.” Victoria revealed how excited they were for their son by adding a sweet message in the comments section. “We are so proud of you Romeo x,” she gushed.

Harper Seven Beckham
The youngest of Victoria and David’s family is Harper, their only daughter who was born on July 10, 2011. It appears Harper already has plans to become a performer like her mom as she attends Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, a performing arts institution that offers a variety of disciplines and theatre training.
For now, Harper makes frequent appearances on her parents’ social media. In November 2020, Victoria uploaded an adorable video of Harper sitting in front of their fireplace. “Harper Seven warming up for breakfast duty!” she joked. The proud mama also shared a sweet snap of Harper, her brothers and David while enjoying a “special night” in New York City in August 2021.
