Know as The Clements Twins, two Gɪʀʟs became Instagram stars at just seven years old. ɪᴅᴇɴᴛɪᴄᴀʟ twins Leah Rose and Ava Marie have achieved dizzying heights with 546,000 followers, after their mother opened an Instagram account for them last July.
After Jaqi started posting pictures of the Gɪʀʟs living between Los Angeles and Orange County, USA, they immediately won the hearts of their followers, receiving comments like “absolutely gorgeous” , “so pretty” and “really really gorgeous Gɪʀʟs”. Some have even described them as “the most beautiful Gɪʀʟs in the world”.
But it’s not just the general public who think so. Experts also agree and as a result, the Gɪʀʟs have now signed with two modeling agencies. Since signing up, they’ve won contracts with children’s clothing brands and magazines and, according to their mother, earlier this month worked six jobs over a one-week period.
Despite being busy, their mum insists they’re “lovin’ every minute!” In a blog post, she describes how she asked them if they wanted to try modeling. She wrote: “I presented my idea to the Gɪʀʟs that if they liked it, in the dance classes and swim team practice they have weekly, they can try modeling. I wasn’t sᴜʀᴘʀɪsᴇd at all when they started jumping up and down and couldn’t wait to get started.”
The Gɪʀʟs are no strangers to cameras and performers. “They love to perform their dances in front of an audience, any audience,” says Jaqi. They love being the center of attention,”
She also claims that she knows the right time for Gɪʀʟs to sign up with a modeling agency when they turn seventh on July 7. She explains, “Aside from the fact that I’m a Hᴜɢᴇ believer in signs and have been told by almost everyone that 7 is a lucky number, I just had a feeling that this year was going to be a fun and exciting year for them,”
Signs or not, the gamble has certain proved successful for the Gɪʀʟs. It’s even become a bit of a family affair with brother Chase Robert giving modelling a go. While he has a more modest following of just over 2000, Chase has also been signed to the same agencies as his sisters.
